Rose Clerone Gerome

Rose Clerone Gerome was born on June 2 1932, in Cotin commune Thomazeau, Haiti, to the late Gustave Merilus and Julie Joseph.  She left Haiti and migrated to the United States in 1999. Rose Clerone, was also known as “Koro” to her children and “Madam Edner” to many others including family and friends.  She was loved and cherished by everyone she touched. Koro was a remarkable woman.  She was gentle, attentive, responsible, patient, friendly and most importantly, God fearing.  She always taught us to put God first in everything.

Madam Edner created a gospel-centered home, instilling a biblical world view by leaving a legacy of faithfulness.  One of her favorite biblical quotes was the same as her late husband; “All the path of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies,” Psalm 25:10.  Another one of her favorite biblical quotes was John 11:35, “Jesus wept”.

She was a caring and loving wife to her late husband, Edner Gerome. They were inseparable.  She was a wonderful mother who knew how to care for her children.  She was a blessing to her grand and great grandchildren, many of which she took care of from birth until school age.  She worked hard to raise her children. And when she retired, all of her children join together to take care of her until God called her home.  This is the final homage the Lord allowed us to present to her.

According to the bible 1 Peter: 3 8-17 if you apply all these things in your life and to your way of living you will be blessed by God.  Rose Clerone Gerome applied all these thing in her life and her way of living.  She lived a full life and enjoyed great days with her family.  This is a blessing from God.

Rose Clerone Gerome est née le 2 juin 1932, à Cotin commune Thomazeau, Haïti, defunt Gustave Merilus et Julie Joseph. Elle a quitté Haïti et a émigré aux États-Unis en 1999. Rose Clerone, était également connue sous le nom de "Koro" pour ses enfants et "Madame Edner" pour beaucoup d'autres  famille et ses amis. Elle était aimée et chérie par tous ceux qu'elle touchait. Koro était une femme remarquable. Elle était douce, attentionnée, responsable, patiente, amicale et surtout, craignant Dieu. Elle nous a toujours appris à mettre Dieu en premier dans tout.

Madame Edner a créé une maison centrée sur l'Évangile, inculquant une vision biblique du monde en laissant un héritage de fidélité. L'une de ses citations bibliques préférées était la même que celle de son défunt mari; "Tout le chemin du Seigneur n'est qu'amour et fidélité, pour ceux qui gardent son alliance et ses témoignages", Psaume 25:10. Une autre de ses citations bibliques préférées était Jean 11 :35, « Jésus pleura ».

Elle était une épouse attentionnée et aimante pour son défunt mari, Edner Gerome. Ils étaient inséparables. C'était une mère merveilleuse qui savait s'occuper de ses enfants. Elle était une bénédiction pour ses petits et arrière-petits-enfants, dont elle s'est occupée pour la plupart de la naissance jusqu'à l'âge scolaire. Elle a travaillé dur pour élever ses enfants. Et quand elle a pris sa retraite, tous ses enfants se sont réunis pour prendre soin d'elle jusqu'à ce que Dieu l'appelle à la maison. C'est le dernier hommage que le Seigneur nous a permis de lui rendre.

Selon la bible 1 Pierre: 3 8-17 si vous appliquez toutes ces choses dans votre vie et à votre façon de vivre vous serez bénis par Dieu. Rose Clerone Gerome a appliqué toutes ces choses dans sa vie et sa façon de vivre. Elle a vécu une vie bien remplie et a passé de belles journées avec sa famille. C'est une bénédiction de Dieu.
