Marie Lourdie Labissiere

          Lourdie was born on August 28, 1988 in Lasil, Haiti to the parentage of Lourde Pierre Jacques and Leclaire Labissiere. Lourdie completed her studies at 25 years of age. She left Haiti on October 18, 2001 and continued her education and career in nursing.
         While residing in the U.S., Lourdie cared and provided for her family. Lourdie loved to cook with her family, specifically during special occasions. Lourdie also loved her nephews, they meant the world to her, always spoiling them whenever needed.
          From an early age, Lourdie taught her little cousins how to wash their own clothes and most of all, cooking. Every summer when the kids were off from school, Lourdie would gather them all together to spend some fun in the sun. Lourdie realized that summer wasn’t long enough and started doing movie nights with the kids. Lourdie was known as a strong spirit who never gave up.
          On April 27, 2022, Lourdie was called home to be with the Lord. Sharing the memories of her wonderful life are her wonderful family.
