Linjuste Sanrelus passed away unexpectedly at University Hospital on May 18, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, following an unforeseen fall at his private home. He was 72 years young living with his family in Newark, New Jersey.

Linjuste had the biggest heart and the most beautiful smile. He was a private and quiet person, but also very witty and fun! He was fearless and independent, yet sensitive and incredibly compassionate.
Linjuste was never scared to take on new opportunities and did everything with honesty and integrity. He had very strong values and was well liked by everyone, mostly due to his positive energy. Linjuste had incredible patience, and always made time to help others. He would say it all comes back to us.
His legacy will carry on forever reminding us that we control our attitudes. We choose to live a life of meaningful acts of love and service, like Christ modeled for us.
Linjuste was a beautiful person inside and out. His smile was so stunning it would light up the whole room. He cared so deeply for the people around him. He was so kind and passionate. He made an impact on many lives. He will be forever missed. Until we meet again. May God bless his soul.
