Belvina Raisan was born on August 12th 1944 in Desdunes, Haiti to the late parentage of Lese Phanor and Jerome. Belvina Raisan was a loving mother and a devoted wife.
She was married to her late husband Murat Raisan for over 40 years.She spent most of her adult life in Haiti. She grew up in Desdunes, Haiti and up until she moved to the United States in 2012 for medical treatments. Belvina had only one son whom she gave birth to on April 29th, 1984 while visiting the United States. Her son lived with her up until he was 11 years old; Then she sent him back to the United States to continue his education.
She was a devoted member of her church where she helps plans Sunday morning services. She put God first in everything she did and taught her family to do the same. She led by example and will be missed by all her family.
On Jan 5th, 2021, Belvina was called home to be with the Lord.
She is survived by her son Calibin Raisan, her sister Marie Claire, her brother Rovila Racius, and her youngest sister Marriela Sterling. She leaves behind one grandson and 16 nieces and nephews. Sharing her memories of her wonderful life are:
