Bayard Michel born Feb 28,1961 in Desdunes, Haiti to parentage of the late Talicia Charles P. Michel and Parmius Michel. At an early age, Bayard enjoyed sports but, there was one that stood out to him. What started as just fun grew to a passion. Bayard began playing soccer so well that, he pursued it as a career. Community looked forward to seeing him on the field. With bands playing, soccer Jersey waving and crowd cheering Bayard's determination and talents along his team Santos began their journey. Shortly after joining the team Rasta earned multiple championships.
At the tender age of 23, he traveled to the U.S remaining consistent and ambitious but, with new team Technikal. The Haitian community embraced him with admiration and support. Early morning and late nights of practice lead the team to multiple trophies and championships. His talents span both U.S and Haiti.
Giving his heart to someone other than soccer, Bayard Michel met his soul mate Bernadette in 1995, with whom he had two beautiful children Andre and Matthew. Growing fans while remaining determined to break barriers. But also raising his own family at home with his wife, was something he bragged about. His love for her was passionate, loving and unique. Merging now all the children and raising them with love and care. Bayard and Bernadette were inseparable. He admired her loyalty and compassion, even after 29 years together; growing old was still his dream.
Although, he retired later Bayard lent his skills and talent to co-coaching. The joy he had for soccer was so profound, so it was natural to see him on the field screaming plays or even from his couch cheering them on with his wife.

Always with a guitar and ears for every string and key that plays. Founding the band P.A.M and gracing the stages with his guitar or at times just performing for his wife and kids.
