Landy Thompson Cenat

Landy Cenat was born on May 15th, 1963, in a small village in the mountains of Leogane Haiti. His love for animals was so great, that would assist his dad, Dumond Cenat, every morning, rearing animals on the farm.  Landy attended trade school in Haiti and was also a bus driver. He migrated to the United States in 1990, but always kept Haiti in his heart. He was determined to learn English, so he immediately enrolled in ESL classes. Landy was in the business of buying and selling cars. He also operated a Taxi and played Soccer every evening after work.

Landy hobbies were attending church services, spending time with family, going to the gym, playing soccer and let’s not forget playing dominoes. Landy loved his children, grandchildren, siblings, nephews, and nieces.  He showed love in his own little way.  Landy battle with lots of illnesses unknown to no one. He was indeed a private person. On March 11th, 2024, Landy was admitted to the hospital, but God called him home on March 29th, 2024. He would join his mother, Loremise Pierre, his father Dumond Cenat his brother, Consoi Sounna, brother Renee Sounna and many others. Landy would be missed by his family and friends.
